Tension Sensor HF 10
Field of application
This electronic sensor is designed to measure the force applied to the cable in lifting systems equipped with a dead end. The generated analog signal will be used by the user according to their needs.
Example:
- Management of one or more thresholds (cable slack, intermediate thresholds, alarm threshold, safety threshold, etc.)
- Load display.
This sensor is preferably offered for installations where measurement precision is paramount. It also offers the advantage of only slightly increasing the headroom loss.
Operating principle
Measurement of tensile force using strain gauges. The sensor directly undergoes the applied tension, and the resulting internal stresses are measured by the gauge bridge integrated into the sensor. This information is then managed by associated equipment (appropriate monitors and/or displays).
Options
Output signal: current (4-20 mA), voltage (0-10 V) or mV/V
