Power Plug Pull-Out Tester HF 47/LPT
Field of application
Standalone tensile test device designed to test anchor resistance in concrete: threaded anchors, rings, bolts, etc. It was specifically developed for testing anchors in confined spaces. The design of this device allows applications in all positions, as the load cell is reversible.
To meet the requirements of EN795, the device includes two automatic test programs. The results of these tests can then be saved in the device’s memory and transferred to a computer.
Operating principle
Shear force measurement using strain gauges. The sensor is directly subjected to the load, and the resulting internal stresses are measured by the strain gauge bridge integrated into the sensor. The signal generated by the strain gauges is then conditioned by the associated electronics and displayed on the LCD screen.
