Field of application
Custom-made to order, it replaces the original axle in a lifting system. For example, the axle of a pulley or an equalizer beam. The generated analog signal is utilized by the user according to their specific requirements.
Example:
- Management of one or more thresholds (slack rope, intermediate thresholds, alarm threshold, safety threshold, etc.)
- Load display.
The main advantage of a load pin is that it does not cause any modification to the lifting height.
Operating principle
Shear force measurement using strain gauges. The sensor directly undergoes the force, and the resulting internal stresses are measured by the gauge bridge integrated into the sensor. This information is then managed by the associated equipment (appropriate monitors and/or displays).
